My new April shirt!

Presenting my finished Sewing Workshop Siena Shirt!  I'm happy to have MAGAM to hold me accountable, because I doubt I would have finished otherwise.  Spring is the season for staying outdoors, and that isn't where I keep my sewing machine!

The shirt was made from a lightweight cotton blend found at JoAnn Fabrics this season.  I'm wearing them with Vogue 8883 pants made up in linen.  There are more details at my blog.

  3. Very nice, such a pretty floral. I have yet to sew with Sewing Workshop pattern, I think I own one for a coat. How do you like them? I also like the accountability

  5. Love both the blouse and pants! Just can't beat linen for ease of sewing in my opinion. They look wonderful on you!

  6. Thank you, everyone, for the kind comments. Maureen, I like Sewing Workshop patterns, but most are so oversized that I have trouble working them into my wardrobe.

  7. A very pretty, very classic summer outfit. Interesting that sewing workshop runs large. I agree, the accountability is good - some months I wouldn't sew at all, except I have to!!
